We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile and to your highest level of satisfaction. 

Maintenance/Home Improvements

For smaller jobs where a site visit is not required, we charge by the hour. An estimate on duration for most tasks can be given prior to attending, see below for our current rates.

Larger Domestic Jobs

For larger jobs within your home, such as a full rewire, a site visit may be required prior to providing a free, no obligation estimate. The purpose of this visit is to make sure you get exactly what you want, and there are no hidden secrets.

Our Rates

Standard Hours (0800-1800):
Hourly rate - £95
Day rate - £POA

Out of Hours (1800-0800):
Hourly rate - £145
Night rate - £POA

Emergency call out:
First hour - £245
Subsequent hours - £145

All prices are subject to VAT

Please Note...

There is a minimum charge of one hour, plus any vehicle charges incurred (parking/congestion charge etc.), for all jobs.

Our vans are stocked with the majority of items that could be needed to complete your job, but should we need to visit a local wholesaler during our visit to collect a non-standard item, this will be included within your billed time.

We include a mark-up on all materials, this is to allow for our time sourcing and collecting the item(s) needed to complete your job.

To ensure we are able to keep to our schedule and arrive at your property on time, we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.  Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (before the agreed start time) or missed entirely, are subject to our one hour minimum charge, plus any vehicle charges incurred.
